We specialise in machine steel forging and casting, manufacturing parts from forging, castings, and bar stock and work with alloy steels, all types of stainless steels and brass. Our CNC milling also extends to working with plastic.
We use one of the most powerful horizontal machining centres with fourth and fifth axis in the industry, enabling us to undertake CNC turning and CNC milling of precision machined components to the highest standard. Our technology is capable of manufacturing highly complicated components and assemblies to precise detail.

L.G. Gas Filler Valve Assemblies
Hose Fittings -made from bar stock, stainless and mild steel, brass and aluminium, these operations involve high precision lathe, copper brazing, and assembly.
L.P. Gas Mixer Assemblies -high precision CNC lathe and CNC machining centres. We use aluminium castings and bar stock, depending on the customers’ requirements.
New Generation L.P. Gas Components -manufacturing includes press work, automatic lathe work and CNC turning lathe work in our horizontal machining centre with fourth and fifth axis. Includes standard components.
Gear Box Components Assemblies -typical gearbox machinery. High precision custom gear components, including shafts, and machining of the gearbox body.
Full Assemblies- Lifting Mechanisms -in-house project engineering and assembly of stamped bodies, gears and shafts to produce a full lifting assembly.
Specialised Elbow and Angle Machining -manufactured from brass forgings, steel bar stock. Processes include assemblies.
Valve Components and Assemblies -complicated and accurate high pressure valve and high precision components manufactured from brass forgings steel, bar stock, or as required by the customer.
Automatic High Precision Lathe - precision machined componentsmade from brass, steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous material. CNC turning and milling, and typical high precision machining with little variation on automatic lathes.
